Activity
Our initial brief was to introduce a new staff newsletter to counter rapidly declining engagement.
As we put Issue 21 of ‘W’ to bed and dust off the numerous awards the publication has received, it’s fair to say we have delivered in spades!
Each quarter we write, design and produce a 20-page A4 magazine that contains business news, success stories from around Warburtons’ 26 depots and bakeries, profiles of employees, lifestyle articles and competitions.
Our creative team manages all print and distribution to ensure ‘W’ is delivered to the homes of all 6,000 employees.
We still love producing ‘W’ and feel privileged that Warburtons now rely on us to produce all their internal communications which gives us a fascinating insight into the UK’s much-loved bakery.
From employee benefits brochures to school visitor packs, posters, display units, infographics and a whole raft of internal reports and documents, all handled with discretion.
We especially enjoy working on the company’s leadership and operations conferences.
As well as creating unique branding to reflect the theme of each event, we design the presentation decks for board members and provide all collateral and merchandise to ensure the events inform, engage and motivate Warburtons people.
