Award success for Eden: One of the UK’s greenest buildings
We’ve been working alongside nationwide placemaker Muse for several years and as we’ve got to know its various developments, we’ve also mastered the art of entering the business and its projects for awards.
By combining our knowledge, analytical and copywriting skills, we’ve helped Muse bag 16 award nominations in just six months!
One of the company’s developments is Eden, the greenest office building in the UK which features Europe’s largest living wall.
In recent months, we have secured 10 award nominations for Eden. Our efforts have already helped it win Building of the Year at the Unlock Net Zero Awards and Commercial Development of the Year at the North West Property Awards. The building’s sustainability credentials have also seen it shortlisted in three categories of the Property Week Awards – Health & Wellbeing, Sustainability and Social Impact Initiative.
Aside from Eden, we’ve also written successful award entries for other Muse developments, including Greenhaus, an eco-friendly 96-home development in Salford and Mallory & Irvine, a project in the Wirral that is up for three awards at the upcoming Insider Liverpool City Region Awards.
To top things off (and we’re only halfway through the year!) we were thrilled to see Phil Marsden, Muse’s North West Managing Director, pick up the Property Leader Award at The Business Desk Leadership Awards and make the shortlist for the Green Leader Award.
It’s been an exciting 2024 so far celebrating Muse’s game-changing projects and people. Muse is just one client we’ve helped achieve award success. If you’re looking for that extra boost of recognition, our team is always on hand to provide support; from researching and recommending awards to enter, to writing the entries and managing the stakeholder approval process.
